A: No we buy real estate as an investment. We are principles in the deal and do not charge a commission.

Q: What type of properties do you buy?
A: We invest in single family homes in the Southeast Michigan area.  These homes appeal to first time home buyers purchasing starter homes and those wishing to keep their purchase price around $100,000.  

Q: How long will it take after I fill out the Wholesale Buyers Form before you contact me?
A: We will review the information as soon as we receive it and call you back no later then the next working day!
